It is estimated, that the first two floors of this valuable property wave been built in the year 1780 about, the third floor in 1860! Each of the three floors have 45.8 m², altogether 160 m² + 22 m² basement.

The kitchen and living room are on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a balcony you find on the first, the second balcony and another room on the second, the top floor. Storage room and a wc are at the basement. There are two separated access doors to the house.

The roof is traditionally tiled with stone from Pelion, for the balconies, stairs and floors wood has been used. In the living room there is a fireplace, the house is sold as it is with furniture and carpets.
