Kalivi in the area of Kalogeros with really great views

The old house has been built before 1923 and has thick stone walls, this way people used to construct their houses in bygone days. In summer the place is kept cool and sheltered from the Greek sun.

The building has been established with 2 bedrooms, which can of course be changed now, as the place will need a renovation and rebuilding. Two floors of about 45 m2 each can be restructured.

The area Kalogeros is quite remote, but not secluded. Together with some other houses, a small settlement has been established here. A sand road offers direct access to the house by car, the views are stunning.
