About the house
This villa is located on the hillside over Skopelos Town with spectacular sea views. From a private parking area steps lead down to the main entrance. The modern open plan kitchen and large living room with stone build fireplace are just after the hall way. Three french balcony doors lead to a large veranda and balcony with amazing sea views. On the same level you will find a bedroom with private bathroom and two french balcony doors leading to the veranda.
From the living room steps take you down to another two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 storage rooms that can easily be converted into a fourth bedroom. From both bedrooms french balcony doors lead to the outside area. There is a 10 by 4 meter pool , a heated Jacuzzi whirlpool and large BBQ area. A second wind protected BBQ area can be found behind the Villa.
Next to pool are 2 large build seating areas with wonderful sea view and a shaded dinning area for 10 persons.
The Villa is 4,5 km from Skopelos town and 11 km from the wonderful beaches of the west coast. The total size is 238 square meters and was build in 2006.
