This 70 m² house is found in the village of Loutraki, the port on the North West side of Skopelos close to Glossa. The building is split in two separate floors of 35 m², each floor offering bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor there is a balcony.

Loutraki has a quaint, tree lined waterfront with a good choice of cafes and tavernas. Within a three minutes drive you find Glossa village with its pretty cobbled streets, second largest settlement on the island, where most necessities can be found. Many of Skopelos' loveliest beaches are close by.

The village of Old Klima with its precious character of passed times can be on a walking trail reached within 20 minutes.
