The house is a large, 4 bedroom, traditional town house, situated just five minutes walk from Skopelos Town centre and takes advantage of the fantastic views over the harbour.

Entrance to the house is through the comfortable sitting room with its slate floors, corner fireplace, built-in sofa and walls lined with bookshelves.

The spacious and well-equipped kitchen/dining room is reached via an archway leading off the sitting room. On this floor are also two wc/shower rooms, accessed directly from the kitchen. The four double bedrooms are on the first floor. Each of the rooms has fitted wardrobes, two have sea views and one has French windows leading to a small balcony.

The exterior of the house is on three levels. From the kitchen there is a large, shady courtyard with a large stone dining table and built-in BBQ, the middle terrace has a small heated whirlpool and the roof terrace is partially shaded by vines and offers stunning views over the town and out to sea.
