A wooden staircase leads to an open plan room to the first floor where 2 bedrooms could be built. From this floor you have a magnificent view to Glisteri beach and the olive groves. The kitchen is situated outside the house as well as the bathroom.

The separate guest house right next to the main house has enough space to build an en suite bathroom and has a private outside area.
