The main house is built on two floors. The kitchen and an old previous wine vault/storage room are situated on the down floor, on the first floor you find two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The separate guest house right next to the main house has a summer kitchen on the ground floor opening to a beautiful garden and scenic yard, a perfect place to enjoy summer lunches and breakfasts. On the upper floor there is one big room. Also the smaller house also has a storage room.

The houses have been built between 1850 and 1900, and completely renovated in 1997. Connections to mains water and electricity exist, there also is satellite TV, the telephone is close on the land. The furniture and electric appliances are included in the offer.

The property is situated approximately 8 km from Skopelos town in the country village of Alikias.
