Agnondas – the fishing village
In summer 2008 the building works of these two houses with different floor plans on two neighbouring plots are to be finished.

The houses have attractive layouts which provide two bedrooms, living room, kitchen/dining room, two bathrooms, terrace and basement. The plots are about 270 m2 of size each, the land with the house type A is ideal for building a swimming pool.

Agnondas is a small village with the beautiful alternative port of blue and green waters less than 14 minutes from Skopelos Town, with a beautiful small beach.
