Towards the far end of the lounge there is a round cove area where the Jotal 6kw wood burning stove sits for those cosy nights in. Bedroom one (double): Turning right from the lobby area you enter through large double doors one of the three well appointed air conditioned bedrooms. Double doors leading off the bedroom opens into the en-suite measuring 2m x 4m with an additional wet room shower area of 1.5m x 2.5m (semi circle). From the bedroom there is a French window opening out to the terrace with outstanding views across megali ammos and beyond to Skopelos.

Bedroom two (double): From the lounge area leading through double doors the marbled stairs lead up to bedroom two. This bedroom measures 4.0m x 4.5m and has the benefit of it’s own balcony over looking the beautiful fragrant courtyard and over the pelion stoned roofs of Aquilo to the forested coastline. The en-suite carries the same dimensions and quality finishes as bedroom 1. Bedroom 3 (twin): From the double doors leading from the lounge there is another set of double doors opposite that lead into the twin bedded room (4.0m x 3.5m). Leading off to the right of bedroom three are French doors with direct access to the courtyard. The ensuite to bedroom three again carries the same dimensions and quality finishes as bedroom one and two.

Within the ground floor terracing lies the swimming pool. The pool measures 3.5m x 9m with an additional 2m x 2m step area, the pool depth is a constant 1.3m and is beautifully finished with glazed agean blue tiles with a defining band of white tiles defining the pool water level. The pool has four pool lights that can be operated independently of other landscape lights. Just off the pool area is a traditional purpose built barbeque area for everyone to enjoy. Up from the pool area there are the stone stairs that take you down to the Apothiki which is directly beneath the lounge area.

Aquilo stands at the top of the large 5300sqm plot and enjoys garden borders of oleanders, lavendar, plumbego flowers complimented by apricot, lemon and almond trees. Ground cover includes sage, oregano and rosemary.
